Len Riggs Alcohol Server Training has been conducting the MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) Program for the WSLCB since 2001. The individuals who teach the LRAST course have been trained in and are well versed in the laws of Alcohol Service in Washington State.  Each trainer has many years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, and the experience is evident when they conduct a seminar.
